DESCRIPTION:

Amazon is seeking a Program Lead for the Seller Flex program within the 3P - External Fulfillment Prime organization in Istanbul, to support the growth and seller experience of our Seller Flex channel in Turkey.

As a Program Lead, you will support the planning, execution, and tracking of initiatives that grow the Seller Flex channel and improve the fulfillment experience for sellers and customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and help manage the day-to-day operations of Seller Flex programs in Turkey.

Key job responsibilities
Support seller onboarding, selection growth, and channel performance tracking against goals
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Category, Transportation, Tech, Operations) to resolve seller onboarding and performance gaps
Monitor channel data and delivery speed metrics to flag issues and support data-driven recommendations
Articulate business and technical requirements to effect process changes
Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices that can help enhance speed

A day in the life
As the owner of Turkey Seller Flex "seller experience and delivery speed," you will be at the forefront of driving the experience sellers and customers receive both in current state as well as for years to come. You will partner across multiple organizations to forecast and improve seller onboarding, selection growth, and delivery speed that our customers experience through the Seller Flex channel. This role will require heightened communication skills and stakeholder management to ensure we are providing the best possible seller and delivery experience viable.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to drive decisions or improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, seller/partner-facing, or logistics environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
