DESCRIPTION:

Are you ready to be the driving force behind IT infrastructure project governance across the APAC region? As the PMO Program Manager for our APAC IT Infrastructure Deployment team, you'll orchestrate demand management, portfolio visibility, and executive reporting that enables seamless delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives across multiple time zones.

Serve as the primary PMO Program Manager for APAC IT infrastructure deployment projects and ServiceNow SPM-based governance
Own and maintain project governance frameworks ensuring all infrastructure deployments adhere to organizational standards and compliance requirements
Manage demand pipeline and project portfolios within ServiceNow SPM; ensure data accuracy and integrity across all project records
Create executive dashboards and develop custom reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and AWS Quick Suite
Define and maintain template standards for consistent project documentation and reporting
Conduct project health assessments and facilitate Weekly Operational Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews
Maintain Risk/Issue logs, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolutionServe as central point of contact for project inquiries; prepare executive status reports and escalate critical issues proactively
Collaborate effectively with team members across EU and AMER time zones
Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, bench marking industry best practices, and conducting lessons learned sessions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
