Join Amazon's Network Operation Center as a Program Manager driving transformational change across our last-mile delivery network in Brazil. You'll lead high-impact programs that directly influence how millions of customers receive their packages, working with routing, scheduling, and on-road operations to solve complex logistical challenges at scale.



Key job responsibilities
- Lead program initiatives across routing, scheduling, on-road operations, and payments functions to improve last-mile delivery performance and operational efficiency

- Analyze network data and operational trends to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization across the delivery network

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including operations teams, configuration specialists, and external partners to understand challenges and co-develop solutions

- Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and processes that provide actionable insights to internal teams and external partners, increasing data availability and granularity

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by measuring program performance against established goals, identifying gaps, and implementing changes that increase operational effectiveness

A day in the life
As a Program Manager in Amazon Logistics Central Operations, you'll focus on optimizing last-mile delivery operations across multiple business lines. Your day might include analyzing network data to identify routing inefficiencies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scheduling improvements, or developing solutions to on-road challenges that impact delivery performance. You'll work closely with Delivery Station teams, configuration specialists, and external partners to understand operational complexities and translate those insights into actionable improvements. Beyond day-to-day problem-solving, you'll also contribute to evolving our reporting tools and processes, ensuring that both internal teams and external partners have access to the data they need to make informed decisions.

About the team
We are a central operations team dedicated to supporting the daily planning and execution of last-mile delivery across Amazon's transportation network. Our mission is to ensure seamless coordination between routing, scheduling, on-road operations, and payments functions. We work across multiple business lines and partner closely with Delivery Stations to understand their needs and drive meaningful improvements. As a team, we're focused on building scalable processes that can adapt to our growing network complexity while maintaining operational excellence. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in team management
- Experience in cross functional project delivery
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience querying relational databases using SQL (or other query languages)
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, transporation, supply chain, or business
- Experience managing training programs or teams across multiple sites or regions
- Experience with process optimization
- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field
