Amazon GRO has an immediate opening as RAD Area Manager to support our RDE1 Team. The Global RAD Operations organization manages and is responsible for a wide variety of hardware deployment, new device launches and project initiatives that cross business teams within Amazon.

Key job responsibilities
Besides others, your core responsibilities will be the following:
- Create, oversee, and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing
- Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimize productivity and increase quality of service for customers within your area of responsibility
- Analyze and implement changes to keep quality and productivity at a consistently high level
- Analyze shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence
- Work collaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardize world wide practices
- Steer all warehouse flow activities (receive, stow, pick, pack, ship)
- Monitor weekly and daily forecast vs. capacity for all standard operative tasks
- Troubleshoot and support associates in all daily activities
- Ensure of correct processing of requests in internal supply chain system
- Inventory management
- Steer ICQA activities within RDE1
- Enforce safety guidelines and execute safety audits
- Cooperating in a diverse team with rapidly changing priorities in an ambiguous environment
- Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Experience managing and leading employees
- Experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or process improvement roles
- A valid driving licence
- Advanced proficiency in local language and English, verbally and in writing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
