Revenue Operations Generalist, Revenue Operations

United States , San Francisco
Salary: $96,900 – $169,500 Annually
Full-time

DESCRIPTION:

The Revenue Operations Generalist keeps our commercial team armed with what they need to sell faster, answer questions confidently, and stay compliant throughout the process.

You own and create the content the commercial team relies on to win. You take complex product, clinical, and operational information and turn it into something a prospect, a rep, or a cross-functional partner can actually use and understand. You'll be the go-to resource for product knowledge, a contributor to Deal Desk on non-standard deal reviews and pricing, and the person who documents processes so institutional knowledge doesn't live in someone's head.

We're looking for someone who writes well under pressure, picks up product details quickly, and is wired to document and improve the way things work. If you like connecting the dots between teams and making the machine run smoother, this is the role.

Key job responsibilities
Examples of the work you'll own and shape:

RFP Management & Proposal Writing. RFP responses are often the first formal impression One Medical for Business makes on a prospective client. You own the process and you're one of the primary authors. You'll manage RFP/RFI coordination end to end, from intake through timelines and workstream assignments across Deal Desk and subject-matter experts. You'll draft key proposal sections including executive summaries and capability narratives. You also maintain the RFP content library in Loopio, track win/loss rates, and run post-submission reviews to improve the library over time.

Enablement Support & Product Knowledge. You're the person on the ground who reinforces enablement in real time and serves as a live product knowledge resource when the field needs answers now. You'll partner with the Enablement Lead to deliver onboarding and training content, and you'll stay current on all offerings, pricing, and competitive positioning so you can answer questions before they become blockers. You translate product and pricing updates into field-ready materials formatted for how reps actually consume information.

Deal Desk and Sales Operations. You're both a contributor to and an owner within Deal Desk and sales operations. You'll support the review of non standard deals alongside the Deal Desk team, and own the documentation of sales processes, workflows, and operational requirements so the team operates consistently and is speaking the same language. You maintain data hygiene standards, stage progression definitions, and CRM data quality. The CRM is only as valuable as the data inside it, and the processes around it need to be documented, maintained, and actually followed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- 5+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience
- Can show strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
- RFP or proposal writing experience - you craft clear, compelling, buyer-ready narrative under deadline and can show examples

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience managing multiple calendars
- Experience implementing process improvements
- Experience using sales CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Healthcare, benefits, or complex/regulated industry experience - you understand why clinical accuracy and compliance language matter in proposals
- Experience supporting an enablement or content program in a B2B enterprise environment; you know how to build content that gets used, not just published
- Familiarity with Highspot or comparable enablement platforms as a contributor and content curator, not just a consumer
- Experience with territory planning, quota modeling, or annual planning processes where your work directly influenced field structure
- Comfortable working across Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and Product SMEs to assemble a complete, accurate, on-time response under real pressure
