DESCRIPTION:

As a Sr. Operations Manager, you will lead ROW - CST operations and new launches in external fulfillment for SF, DF, VF channels. ROW (Rest of the World) includes emerging external fullfillment markets such as Australia, Japan, LATAM and
This role is a combination of Operations and Program initiatives. You will set up governance mechanisms for these countries, benchmark process & measurement parity, share best practices, lead stakeholder connects and manage CST team members that are dedicated for these geographies. For SF channel launch, you will ensure on time launch of new sellers, smooth onboarding and manage first order experience of these sellers.
This position requires a candidate who has the ability to drive quality, productivity, and process improvements and keep pace with our growth whilst motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely dynamic, customer-focused and metrics driven environment. The position will be crucial in driving operational excellence in India and select emerging countries ( ROW).
The ideal candidate actively seeks to understand Amazon core business values and initiatives, and translate those into everyday practices. They will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment and will display creative and analytical problem-solving skills with an unrelenting passion for excellent service to our Sellers. Strong communication skills as well as a strong technical and analytical aptitude are essential.
We have a 5-day work week but given the 7 days a week operation, the 2 scheduled days off will vary based on shift patterns and business needs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
