Senior Partner Sales Manager, AWS Partner org

Amazon Web Services is at the forefront of the generative AI revolution, helping customers and partners unlock transformative business outcomes through the cloud. We are building a team of world-class partner sales professionals to drive co-sell motions and accelerate revenue growth with our Technology and Consulting partners in Korea. As a Senior Partner Sales Manager, you will work closely with AWS sales teams and strategic partners to drive adoption of AWS's AI and cloud services - including Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Q, and AWS Marketplace - delivering customer value through joint go-to-market initiatives across Korea.

Key job responsibilities
- Proactively identify IT service providers who are prepared to lead the market transition to Cloud
- Facilitate adoption and manage existing partners (Managed service providers, resellers and professional services firms)
- Identify partners in specific customer segments and industry verticals to approach, create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
- Position AWS for internal use by the partner organization.
- Ensure that AWS is the partner's preferred cloud computing platform across all product lines.
- Understand the technical and training requirements of our partners, and work closely with the internal
- AWS product teams to guide the direction of future products.
- Maintain a robust projects pipeline.
- Working experience with CRM systems and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics for tracking purposes.
- Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team.

About the team
Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in technology related sales, business development or equivalent
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working with partners through account, product or program management and business development engagements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales
- Experience managing joint GTM success with technology partners, including development and tracking of joint sell-with and sell-through business activities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification
- Experience in direct sales
- Experience working within the enterprise software development industry
