Senior Product Manager, Amazon Now

DESCRIPTION:

Selection quality and health are key to Amazon Now's growth and differentiation. As the business expands, selection decisions need to be supported by systems that can sense demand, guide assortment actions, enable publishing, improve seller execution, and monitor quality at scale.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Selection Quality, Health and Seller tools System for Amazon Now. This product will help category teams identify demand-backed selection opportunities, understand what selection is available across the broader network, move approved selection through publishing workflows, and monitor whether live selection remains healthy for customers.

The PM will own product strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and adoption mechanisms across selection intelligence, recommendation systems, publishing tools, seller experience, and live selection monitoring.
The PM will also improve the tools and workflows sellers use to onboard, maintain, and correct selection for Amazon Now. This includes making it easier for sellers and internal teams to identify missing attributes, blocked or unpublished ASINs, inventory risks, price defects, and actions needed to keep selection live and discoverable. This role will work closely with category, seller management, supply chain, store operations, pricing, search, and technology teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
