DESCRIPTION:

Are you passionate about improving AI shopping and other emerging experiences for Amazon customers? Do you enjoy innovating with GenAI and agentic solutions? Amazon Customer Experience and Business Trends is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to understand, evaluate, and drive improved shopping experiences for Amazon Consumers.

You will design, build, and execute multi-method approaches that will enable you to measure, benchmark, and drive meaningful improvements in retail consumer experiences in North America. You will own workstreams that deliver insights that cut across multiple businesses, product lines, and customer types. You will partner with senior business leaders to deliver timely insights that drive meaningful changes and actionable results.

Key job responsibilities
- Product Management: Lead complex, timely, and relevant studies to improve customer experience, including scope alignment with business leaders, design, data collection and analysis, recommendations and presenting results to senior leaders.
- Experiment and innovate with autonomous AI agents that orchestrate workflows for evaluation and measurement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, developers, and product managers.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in retail and agentic commerce.
- Explore potential business opportunities and translate them into concrete hypotheses and analysis requirements.
- Build ongoing relations with stakeholders to understand their challenges and priorities, build roadmap, and drive actions through insights delivery.

About the team
Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) is an organization made up of a diverse suite of functions dedicated to deeply understanding and improving customer experience, globally. We are a team of builders that develop products, services, ideas, and various ways of leveraging data to influence product and service offerings - for almost every business at Amazon - for every customer (e.g., consumers, developers, sellers/brands, investors, streamers, gamers).

Our approach is based on determining the customer need, along with problem solving, and we work backwards from there. We use technical and non-technical approaches and stay aware of industry and business trends. We are a global team, made up of a diverse set of profiles, skills, and backgrounds - including: Product Managers, Software Developers, Computer Vision experts, Solution Architects, Data Scientists, Business Intelligence Engineers, Risk Managers, and more.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
