Amazon is seeking a Team Leader for its L&D team.

Essential Functions
- Defining, building and owning the execution of training processes, right from Day 1 at FC
- Responsible for Hiring, training and building up a highly motivated workforce to meet the operational requirements, and continuously meeting the high bar on quality and productivity
- Coordinate with Operations, PXT, WFS, WHS for matters related to workforce training & Operations
- Continuously improve the training process and attain a sustained level of performance standard. Initiate improvements to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work
- Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve the performance
- Implement the formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen
- Highly motivated & self starting
- Team player, Empathetic & Goal oriented

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
