Role Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Bank of America's Digital Asset Transformation capability within the International and Global Enterprise Strategy & Platform groups.
Digital assets are reshaping financial markets, payments, custody, settlement, collateral and client solutions. As the ecosystem develops beyond cryptocurrency into broader financial market infrastructure, the firm is strengthening its capability to identify commercial opportunities, respond to regulatory developments and deliver scalable business outcomes.
We are seeking a commercially minded Digital Asset Transformation Director to shape and drive strategic digital asset initiatives within a global regulated banking environment. The role will assess opportunities across tokenisation, digital securities, stablecoins, digital collateral, custody, settlement and market infrastructure, translating them into clear investment recommendations, business cases, governance proposals, operating models and implementation plans.
This is a senior transformation role extending beyond traditional project management. The successful candidate will bring deep digital asset expertise, strong commercial and strategic judgement, a practical understanding of distributed ledger technology and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and organisational requirements.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the Digital Asset Platform group and the wider organisation, the Director will lead initiatives from initial assessment through governance, approval and execution. They will partner across business, product, technology, operations, legal, compliance, risk and finance to evaluate where the firm should invest, establish scalable approaches and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The role would suit an experienced strategy, COO, regulatory change, product structuring or transformation leader with significant digital asset experience and a strong track record of turning complex or emerging opportunities into practical, commercially sound solutions.
