LOCATION: Cardiff - office based 3-5 days a week
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £31,000 - £32,500 per annum depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

This role is currently advertised as internal only. Freelancers are eligible to apply if they have been on a Worker Contract (more info here) continuously for 6 months. We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Co-ordinator to play a vital role within our team, working closely with operational departments across BBC Wales and a wide range of external partners. The Business Coordinator is responsible for providing efficient operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business. The role acts as a central point of coordination for IT requests, asset management, and business workflows, ensuring that systems, processes, and resources are effectively managed. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, the post holder drives process efficiency, maintains accurate records, and helps deliver a high-quality service by coordinating requests, monitoring workflows, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.
