We are looking for a Poland-based candidate. This is hybrid role 1-2 times from Kraków office per month.

ROLE OVERWIEW: 

We are looking for a Data Product Manager to drive the development of data-centric products and solutions that power secure, seamless online payment experiences. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business, ensuring that our payment ecosystem leverages data to deliver value, improve performance, and enhance customer trust.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Define and execute the data product strategy for payment platforms and related services.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle - from ideation to delivery and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product teams to build scalable data solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to use data for fraud prevention, risk management, and customer insights.
  • Ensure compliance with payment industry regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in data product management, preferably in fintech or online payments.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, digital wallets, and transaction data flows.
  • Proficiency with data tools (SQL, Python, BI platforms) and familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
  • Experience in Agile product development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level).
