Job Description – HR Business Partner (HRBP)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage end-to-end HR responsibilities for designated accounts/business units, drive location-level HR initiatives, and contribute to strategic HR projects. The role will work closely with business leaders, managers, and employees to understand business requirements, provide effective HR solutions, and ensure seamless execution of people practices. initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Account / Business Partnering
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned accounts/business units.
  • Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce requirements, people challenges, and business priorities.
  • Drive key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, career development, transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • Provide HR advisory and guidance to managers on employee relations, policies, performance issues, and people matters.
  • Track and monitor key people metrics and provide insights/recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Identify people-related risks and proactively work with stakeholders to address them.
  1. Location-Level HR Responsibilities
  • Own and drive HR initiatives and employee experience for the assigned location.
  • Partner with location leadership to address workforce and employee-related requirements.
  1. Strategic HR Projects
  • Participate in and contribute to strategic HR projects and organization-wide initiatives.
  • Support projects related to employee engagement, performance management, organization development, HR transformation, culture, and workforce planning.
  • Analyze HR data and business trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and better people outcomes.
  • Take ownership of specific project workstreams and ensure timely execution.
  1. Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with employees and business stakeholders.
  • Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns with appropriate sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Support managers in effectively addressing employee relations and performance-related matters.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and gather feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience in HR Business Partnering.
