Position Description

Your future duties and responsibilities


In this role, you will take ownership of corporate governance and entity management activities across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors, contributing to the smooth delivery of corporate transactions and regulatory obligations while helping maintain robust legal structures that support CGI's global operations.

You will also play a key role in improving processes and coordinating deliverables across teams, bringing a proactive and organised approach to managing competing priorities. With support from experienced colleagues, you will develop your expertise while contributing ideas that enhance how we operate.

Coordinate & Deliver corporate documentation for entity changes, including incorporations, reorganisations, and dissolutions
Maintain & Manage statutory records, filings, and governance documentation across jurisdictions
Support & Execute corporate transactions, including preparation of closing documentation and checklists
Collaborate & Align with legal, finance, tax teams, and external counsel globally
Respond & Resolve corporate maintenance queries and KYC information requests
Enhance & Optimise record-keeping processes and governance workflows




Required qualifications to be successful in this role


You will bring experience from a corporate legal or governance environment, ideally within an international setting, along with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. You are comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with global teams, and you demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Experience in a corporate legal or governance role, ideally in an international environment
Strong understanding of corporate governance and multi-jurisdictional entity management
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organisational capability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and spoken English
Fluency in Spanish and/or French (advantageous)
Legal qualification, paralegal certification, or equivalent experience (advantageous)
