Join Childbase Partnership and be part of something extraordinary at our brand-new nursery, helping to shape its future from the very beginning.
Role: Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or above).
Location: Linmere Day Nursery | Houghton Regis | LU5.
Contract: Permanent | 37.5-40 hours/week | 52 weeks/year.
Working pattern: Varied shifts Monday-Friday between 07:30-18:30.
Salary: £27,040-£30,929.60 per annum (pro-rata) | £13.00-£14.87 per hour.
This isn't just another Nursery Practitioner role.
It's an opportunity to become one of the founding members of a brand-new Childbase Partnership nursery, helping create an exceptional environment where children, families and colleagues can thrive from the very first day.
From welcoming our first children and supporting their earliest discoveries to building lasting relationships with families and colleagues, you'll help shape a nursery that will become the heart of its local community.
If you've ever wanted the opportunity to build something special from the ground up while being supported by one of the UK's leading early years providers, this is your opportunity.
We’ve been delivering childcare excellence since 1989. Within our 44-day nurseries, Head Office, and Training Academy, EduBase, our ethos is simple: we all belong, we all matter, and we all contribute. We believe in ‘careers, not jobs’, supporting one another to grow and succeed.
