Talent Acquisition Administrator



Role summary


The Talent Acquisition Administrator plays an important role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding of experienced hires across our UK offices. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, hiring managers and candidates, you'll help ensure recruitment activities are delivered efficiently, accurately and professionally.
This role provides comprehensive administrative support throughout the hiring process, coordinating interviews, managing onboarding activities and maintaining accurate recruitment records. You'll be a key point of contact for recruitment-related queries and contribute to delivering a positive experience for both candidates and new joiners.



What you'll do

* Coordinate candidate interviews, assessments and recruitment activities across our UK offices.
* Support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for experienced hires.
* Arrange and monitor pre-employment screening and right-to-work verification.
* Coordinate new joiner buddy arrangements and liaise with IT teams regarding equipment requirements.
* Manage queries received through the Talent Acquisition mailbox and Workday Help portal.
* Maintain accurate recruitment and HR records, ensuring information is up to date and compliant with process requirements.
* Support the preparation of recruitment reports and candidate data.
* Work collaboratively with hiring managers, candidates and the wider Talent team to deliver an efficient and professional recruitment experience.
* Contribute to a positive candidate and new joiner experience through accurate administration and attention to detail.

* Experience providing administrative support within a recruitment or talent acquisition environment.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently when required.
* A collaborative and professional approach to working with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a positive experience.



Desirable

* Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Experience using Workday.
* Experience coordinating pre-employment screening, right-to-work checks or onboarding activities.
* Experience preparing recruitment reports, candidate data or recruitment records.
