Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategic expansion of Image Recognition platforms (including In-Store and Menu capture frameworks), driving user adoption and ensuring field data translates directly into competitive advantages
  • Provide leadership and evolve technology, standards, processes, and procedures with a focus on speed, agility, transparency, and cost effectiveness
  • Continuous optimization of dashboard ecosystems (partnering with Data Science) to adapt to the rapidly changing needs of a scaling organization. Shift legacy reporting paradigms toward forward-looking, proactive insights
  • Partner directly with Data Science & Advanced Analytics to support the commercial deployment of key dashboards, ensuring models are business-ready and easily understood by non-technical teams
  • Build, manage and measure relationships with vendors and technology providers
  • Encourage and promote continual improvement of solutions after implementation
  • Travel up to 15% of the time
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or in a related discipline, with 10 plus years of experience in data ingestion design, data modeling patterns and the development and support of mission critical BI/data analytics applications with 6 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) with 13 plus years of experience in the above stated experience with 8 plus years of leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of multiple data modeling, dashboard, and visualization techniques
  • Experience in managing vendors and negotiating contracts/SOWs

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or in a related discipline
  • Power BI experience including dataset creation and DAX
  • Snowflake and SQL Server database experience
  • Experience enabling self-service reporting from a Center of Excellence Approach, including mobile reporting and analytics
