The Director, Legal Counsel - North America (Marketing) serves as a legal partner to Marketing Function providing practical, business oriented advise across a portfolio of brands and marketing initiatives. This role supports a broad range of work, including brand marketing, consumer promotions, influencer marketing, sponsorships and partnerships, as well as digital marketing.
The successful candidate will help bring innovative marketing ideas to life by balancing business objectives with legal and regulatory requirements. This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys partnering with dynamic business teams, navigating complex and novel marketing initiatives, and delivering creative, practical solutions that enable growth while protecting the brands and company.

Pay Range:
United States: 170,000 - 200,000 USDBase pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
