Position Responsibilities:

• Improves operational performance and oversees and reviews operational effectiveness within the warehouse, delivery, and merchandising functions for the company
• Focuses on driving key field operations initiatives and operational excellence across the company
• Leader within the Market Unit and subject matter expertise in the areas of safety and compliance, inventory control, warehousing, delivery operations, and merchandising
• Ensures systems are in place to create timely and accurate delivery of all products to maintain a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Assesses business conditions and evaluate emerging operational needs and opportunities as well as identify operational efficiencies to meet those needs
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 8 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree
