Position Responsibilities: 

• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment to meet required regulations and scheduling
• Perform building related installation and maintenance, including furniture assembly, data/ power installations, and lighting repair
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas
• Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including a forklift and other heavy equipment
• Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor and team with respect to repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or parts and incident reports when necessary
• As part of the selection process, candidates must successfully pass a technical skills assessment evaluating mechanical troubleshooting, equipment repair, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motor and VFD support, pump and valve maintenance, piping systems, and problem-solving capabilities. Additional job-related technical knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, and role-specific competencies may also be assessed based on operational needs, equipment, systems, and facility requirements.

Required Education and Experience: 

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience: 

• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
