As our Maintenance Technician, you will provide overall maintenance support for our Plant Operations, Facility and Industrial equipment.

Position Related Responsibilities and Key Job Duties

• Perform skilled maintenance and repair of Industrial Production and Facility equipment including fillers, Conveyors, Box-Formers, Boilers, Chillers, HVAC, Wastewater, And Treated Water Systems.
• Complete building maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment safely and efficiently to support plant and departmental goals while meeting Quality, Service, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and cost objectives.
• Satisfactorily complete lift training courses and safely operate a forklift and high reach.  
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track all work.  
• Properly trouble-shoot and maintains production lines and/or batching/processing equipment.

 

Education and Additional Qualification

• High school Diploma or GED equivalent; Associates or technical degree is preferred. 
• Must be able to achieve a passing score at the Tech 1 level of the Maintenance Technician evaluation
• Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance with prior diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance experience are needed  
• Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC), mechanical, electrical, lubrication, fabrication, pneumatic and hydraulics are required. 

• Prior welding experience is preferred.  

 

Technical & Functional Skills

Blueprints, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Electrical Systems, Fabrication (Inactive), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hand Tools, Manufacturing Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance Programs, Problem Solving, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Reading Schematics, Welding.

Pneumatic, Preventive Maintenance

Pay Range:

United States: 72,700 - 74,500 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
