Position Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues, assist users with account changes, identify enhancement opportunities, create training materials and communications, and support backlog management efforts with the business and cross functional IT teams
- Oversee Salesforce administrative support including user set up and employee movement changes
- Manage E360 support case queue by troubleshooting end user issues as well as identifying and documenting new enhancement opportunities, create and maintain E360 reports and create the monthly E360 newsletter
- Support the monthly implementation of various enhancements during Salesforce Sprint releases
- Gather Chatter engagement material and work directly with communications team to create a monthly Chatter engagement video
- Back-end support to uploading alerts, tasks, and pinned products
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Associate’s Degree and 1 to 2 plus years of experience in beverage industry and Salesforce platform or Salesforce development or a High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 3 plus years of experience in beverage industry and Salesforce platform or Salesforce development
- Experience analyzing data for purposes of auditing the output of said data
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM Platforms
- Experience with VIP system (Vermont Information Processing)
