Position Responsibilities: 

• Develop custom SQL procedures, functions and triggers (PL/SQL and T-SQL)
• Clarify business requirements and design solutions appropriately
• Provide level 2 & 3 support for our global logistics applications and participate in a rotating on-call schedule providing 24x7 support
• Create deliverables according to the Software Development Lifecycle such as functional and technical specifications, use cases, test cases, test results, etc.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field and 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with any Tier 1 Warehouse Management System such as Manhattan, Körber or Blue Yonder
• Experience working with cloud-based services
• Experience working in a 24x7 on-call IT organization
• Experience working with Ansible or any configuration management too
