Minimum Salary: $66,300.00

Maximum Salary: $77,000.00

Summary

Responsible for overseeing the entire inventory management process within a company, including receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing stock, ensuring accurate inventory levels, minimizing stock discrepancies, and optimizing efficiency by partnering with our internal controls teams to maintain smooth operations and meet company goals while ensuring the safety of our people, workplace and environment and meeting all company, legal and other requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily counts of full goods and raw packing materials
  • Supervise weekly counts of ancillary items
  • Assist in reconciliation of inventory variances of full goods/ancillary items and raw package materials
  • Review/research status of Open Purchase Orders, Stock Transfer Orders, and Non-Trade Orders in SAP
  • Review daily product disposition reports
  • Foster and maintain open communications with all internal stake holders
  • Review/audit product movement within facilities, i.e. check out/in procedures, breakage write-off process, and product recover/destruction process
  • Report any short dated product to warehouse and distribution managers
  • Hire, train, develop and manage inventory analyst
  • Review Day Supply reports for risk of out of stock

Qualifications

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years operations/warehouse/inventory experience
  • SAP Inventory Management preferred
  • 2-3 previous supervisory experience preferred (union environment is a plus)
  • Must have operations and/or warehouse experience in an inventory environment; as a lead person or equivalent in operations and/or warehouse operation
  • Accounting or financial acumen experience preferred
  • Experience leading an inventory team strongly preferred
  • Must be proficient in all MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills needed
  • Must have the ability to lift 50+ pounds
