نطاق الوظيفة: التأكد من التحكم الكمي والنوعي في عمليات التحميل والتفريغ داخل المنشأة، ومتابعة مستويات المخزون لضمان التخصيص السليم وسهولة التخزين وإجراء عمليات حصر المخزون بكفاءة.

الواجبات والمسؤوليات:

• إدارة عمليات التحميل والتفريغ والفحص والتوقيع على مستندات التسليم وضمان التخزين السليم.
• تنظيم وترتيب المنتجات والمخزون الوارد والصادر وفق مبدأ "الوارد أولًا يُصرف أولًا".
• التحقق من وجود أي تلفيات أو نقص في المخزون، وإعداد التقارير الدورية اللازمة.
• تنفيذ الجرد اليومي والشهري والسنوي، والإبلاغ عن أي فروقات أو أوجه قصور.
• ضمان الحفاظ على جميع أصول ومعدات المستودع بحالة تشغيل جيدة.
• المحافظة على نظافة منطقة العمل وتطبيق معايير الـ 5S (الفرز، الترتيب، التنظيف، التوحيد، الاستدامة).
• الالتزام بالإجراءات التشغيلية الموحدة واستخدام القوائم المرجعية ونماذج العمل المعتمدة.
• ضمان الامتثال للتشريعات والمتطلبات القانونية، بما في ذلك تجهيز المستندات الرسمية والتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية.
• الالتزام بجميع قواعد وتعليمات السلامة وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة داخل بيئة العمل.
• العمل كممثل للسلامة وتعزيز الوعي بممارسات الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
• إعداد واستكمال الطلبات للتسليم وفقًا للجدول الزمني المحدد.
• الإبلاغ عن أي اختلافات أو مشكلات تتعلق بالمنتجات والخامات.
• قيادة الرافعة الشوكية داخل المستودع.

المؤهلات والخبرات:

• حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال المستودعات والتخزين.
• خبرة في أنظمة الجرد وقواعد البيانات والأنظمة التشغيلية.
• إجادة أساسيات اللغة الإنجليزية.
• مهارات جيدة في استخدام الحاسب الآلي.
• الإلمام بممارسات وأساليب التخزين الحديثة.
• القدرة على التنسيق والعمل ضمن فريق.
• معرفة قوية بقواعد السلامة والصحة المهنية وكيفية تطبيقها.
