We have an exciting opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join our team at Compass Group Ireland on a part time basis, working 6 hours per week, seasonal contract. 

Based at a vibrant, high-footfall leisure and education venue, this role involves daytime hours with weekend work and no evening or night shifts, plus free on-site parking.

As a Catering Assistant, you'll be part of a friendly, fast-paced team, delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Basic food preparation, counter set up and serving of food and beverages 
• Ensuring the highest level of customer care is delivered to clients and customers
• Demonstrating a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations 
• Following food hygiene and Health & Safety guidelines in line with training which will be provided 
• Ensuring correct storage of food items and equipment after service.
• Assisting colleagues in a willing and positive manner including assisting with other duties as required

About You:

• 'Can do' positive attitude
• Good people & teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn
• A good level of English. 
• Previous experience in catering or customer service, that would be an added advantage, but not essential
