About the role

We're currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join Blue Apple on a flexible, zero hours basis, working variable shifts, Monday to Friday.

You'll run your own section with pride, cooking great food to a high standard and helping to bring on the next generation of chefs.

What you'll do

• Running your own section of the kitchen to a high standard
• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Supporting and training junior chefs on your section
• Keeping your section clean, organised and well stocked
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
• Complying with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards
