Location: Hylo, 103-105 Bunhill Row, EC1Y 8LZ

Salary: £36,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Help with daily food preparation and service, making sure food is fresh, well presented and ready on time.
• Work as part of a team of 13, supporting the kitchen to deliver around 500 covers per day.
• Take responsibility for your section, keeping it organised and maintaining high food and hygiene standards.
• Support the wider kitchen team during busy services and help wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.
• Assist with stock, deliveries and reducing food waste where possible.
