Salary: £38,000 per annum

Location: Arla, Lockerbie

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:00, 40 hours per week

 Requirements:

Due to the location, driving licence and vehicle is essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of a busy workplace catering operation, serving 100-150 covers per day.
  • Deliver a high-quality, seasonal food offer in line with CH&CO brand standards, ensuring excellent presentation, taste, and customer satisfaction. 
  • Oversee the preparation and service of a varied food offer including full breakfast, soup of the day, main course, vegetarian dish, grab & go, hot snacks, home baking, toasties, and pizza.
  • Manage and develop a team of 3 staff members, providing training, coaching, and support to maintain high performance. 
  • Take full accountability for kitchen operations, food safety, health & safety compliance, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage stock control, ordering, supplier relationships, and waste management to achieve budget and profit targets. 
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained throughout the operation and build strong client relationships.
  • Produce menus and food offers that are seasonal, innovative, and commercially successful while meeting customer requirements.
  • Monitor food and labour costs, driving efficiencies while maintaining quality and service standards.
  • Work flexibly across shifts as required by the needs of the business.
