About the role

We're currently recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to join Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 16 hours per week, working weekends only.

You'll lead our housekeeping team, setting high standards, training and supporting your team, and keeping every space spotless.

What you'll do

• Making sure 5-star cleaning standards are delivered every day
• Supervising, training and supporting the team so they work safely and well
• Being the day-to-day client contact and keeping basic reports
• Managing stock, including linen and consumables
• Helping to manage labour, equipment and resources
• Promoting a safety culture and following company and client Health & Safety procedures

About you

Our ideal Cleaning Supervisor will:

• Have experience in a similar role
• Have experience supervising or leading a team
• Know Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have experience of quality checks and audits
• Be IT literate
