We're looking for...

Do you love data? Even better - do you love making data do something?

We're looking for a commercially minded Commercial Analytics Manager who can turn numbers, trends and insights into decisions that genuinely move the business forward.

This is a role for someone who enjoys getting under the skin of the data, spotting opportunities, challenging the status quo and then bringing people with them. You'll work across Revenue, Sales, Finance, Operations and HR, giving our teams the insight they need to make smarter commercial decisions.

You'll also take the lead on the ongoing development and optimisation of Delphi, making sure we're getting maximum value from the system and using it to create a smarter, more connected approach to commercial reporting and performance.

In short: you'll be the person who turns "here's what happened" into "here's what we should do next".

We are Levy

We're a visionary venue partner. We design and deliver bespoke guest experiences that put people and the planet first.

From Wimbledon and Twickenham Stadium to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Edgbaston Stadium, the SEC and ExCeL London, we work with some of the world's most iconic venues and events.

Our mission is simple: to succeed the right way.

That means using brilliant people, smart technology, great food and seriously good hospitality to create memorable experiences for our guests - while using insight and innovation to improve the customer journey, reduce our environmental impact and support the communities around us.

We're a passionate, diverse team of venue specialists who love what we do and want to make the planet better for future generations.

Commercial Analytics Manager - The Role

This isn't just a reporting role.

You'll be at the heart of the commercial function, using data, analysis and insight to help shape how Jockey Club Experiences performs.

You'll provide the commercial intelligence behind our Revenue, Sales and Finance activity, working closely with venue and central teams to identify trends, uncover opportunities and challenge performance.

You'll also become our Delphi expert, owning the system and driving its continued development, integration and optimisation across the business.

What you'll be doing
  • Turn data into action - deliver insightful commercial analysis across Revenue, Sales and Finance, turning complex information into clear recommendations that people can actually use.
  • Own the reporting rhythm - deliver accurate and impactful daily, weekly and monthly commercial reporting, making sure key stakeholders know what's happening, why it matters and what we should do about it.
  • Be our Delphi guru - take ownership of the Delphi system, overseeing its implementation, integration, development and ongoing optimisation as a key commercial reporting platform.
  • Spot the opportunities - work closely with venue teams to understand performance, identify trends and highlight opportunities to improve revenue, profitability and efficiency.
  • Build smarter models - develop analytical and scenario-planning models that help the business understand the potential impact of different commercial decisions.
  • Make KPIs count - help develop, publish and monitor meaningful KPIs that measure performance, efficiency and success.
  • Challenge and improve - use data and insight to challenge existing processes and make tactical recommendations that improve Revenue and Sales performance.
  • Bring the story to life - present analysis and recommendations at commercial reviews and to senior leadership, making sure the numbers tell a clear and compelling story.
  • Support the budget process - work with the central Finance team to develop annual budget models, providing historical revenue and profit insight to support future planning.
  • Work across the business - collaborate with Revenue, Sales, Finance, Operations and HR teams to build a genuinely connected, 360° view of business performance.
  • Be the go-to data expert - provide guidance and support to teams across the business, helping them understand the numbers and use insight to make better decisions.
What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who can combine commercial nous with serious analytical ability.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Experience in a regional or national commercial analytics / analyst role within hospitality.
  • Strong commercial experience, with a genuine understanding of what drives revenue, profitability and performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insight.
  • Experience working with reporting systems and/or commercial technology - and the curiosity to get under the bonnet and make them work harder.
  • The confidence to challenge processes, ask the right questions and make recommendations based on evidence.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a way that makes sense to everyone.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work confidently with teams at all levels.
  • A proactive, organised approach and the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment.
  • A can-do attitude and the initiative to get things moving rather than waiting to be asked.
  • High personal standards and a genuine drive to deliver great results.
  • The ability to build trust, gain respect and bring people with you.
  • A passion for hospitality, food, beverage and great service.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who gets excited by the question:

"What does the data tell us - and what can we do with it?"

What you'll get in return

It's not just a great role - there's a pretty great package behind it too.

  • Up to £60,000 salary
  • Bonus and full company benefits
  • 23 days' annual leave + bank holidays
  • Your birthday off
  • Holiday purchase scheme
  • Healthcare and wellbeing support through Aviva Digicare and Medicash
  • Dental, optical and therapy benefits
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme and mental health support
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave
  • Additional family-friendly benefits, including a day off for your baby's first birthday
  • Shopping, entertainment and travel discounts
  • 20% off Nuffield Health and 10% off PureGym memberships
  • Pension scheme and Life Assurance
  • Preferred rates on salary finance products
  • Professional subscriptions and ongoing training
  • Structured development and career pathways
  • Meals on duty
