About the Role

We're recruiting a Digital Test Lead to play a key role in the successful rollout of Synbiotix, a Computer‑Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, across multiple acute hospital sites.

You'll be responsible for leading the end‑to‑end testing approach, including test strategy, script creation, execution and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the system is robust, reliable and ready for go‑live.

This is a mobile, delivery‑focused role suited to someone who thrives in large‑scale digital transformation environments.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop, implement and manage the testing strategy across SIT, UAT and performance testing
  • Design, develop and maintain detailed test scripts aligned to business requirements
  • Lead test execution, defect logging and validation of fixes
  • Work closely with project teams, stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment
  • Manage defect tracking and resolution using tools such as JIRA / XRAY
  • Provide clear reporting on test progress, risks and outcomes
  • Ensure quality, performance and functionality standards are met
  • Identify opportunities to improve testing processes for future rollouts

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Digital Test Lead, ideally within large‑scale digital transformation programmes
  • Strong experience testing CAFM systems and understanding FM service environments
  • In‑depth knowledge of testing methodologies including UAT, SIT and regression testing
  • Experience working within Agile / Scrum frameworks
  • Strong test management and defect tracking experience (JIRA / XRAY)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving capability
  • Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel and stay away overnight.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Synbiotix or similar CAFM platforms
  • Experience delivering testing for multi‑site deployments.
  • Knowledge of NHS environments, regulations or quality standards

We ensure you're rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to:

  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Grow your career with our Career Pathways and MyLearning programmes
  • Quick access for you and your immediate family to a Digital GP, and wider healthcare benefits
  • Exclusive travel discounts with TUI, Expedia, Booking.com and many more
  • Save money on your food shop with discounts on Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and many more
  • Up to 44% off cinema tickets to enjoy your favourite blockbuster
  • Receive cash rewards every time you spend and use them on a wide range of brands
