We're looking for an experienced General Manager to join our team on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract, leading an exciting new high-end opening.

Salary: £60,000-£70,000 pro rata

Location: London

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday (3-6 month fixed term contract)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Play a key part in the successful launch of an exciting new high-end hospitality opening.
• Deliver an exceptional level of service, creating a memorable experience for every guest.
• Help set and maintain high standards across service, food, presentation and the overall guest experience.
• Support the day-to-day running of a busy, premium hospitality operation.
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth and consistent service from day one.
• Build strong relationships with guests and provide a warm, professional and personalised approach.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, health & safety and food safety.
• Bring energy, attention to detail and a hands-on approach to a fast-paced environment.
• Support the team through the opening period, helping establish strong ways of working and service standards.
• Be part of building the reputation of an exciting new destination and delivering a consistently high-end experience.
