Location: London, SW1H 9JJ

Rate of Pay: £33,400 per annum

Working Pattern: Predominately Monday - Friday, occasional Saturday shifts a few times a year, 40 hours per week, site closed between Christmas and New years

Key Responsibilities:
    •    To be polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues.
    •    Set up rooms for bookings and events according to the standard procedures. 
    •    Execute/Coordinate the timely delivery of refreshments breaks and lunches for meetings and conferences.
    •    To supervise drinks and canapes receptions for up to 150 guests.
    •    Fine Dining experience 
    •    Work closely with the line manager, listening and align with the event vision and organizational standards.
    •    Ensure all equipment are properly placed, clean, and presentable.
    •    Receive, check, and store deliveries for upcoming events and meetings.
    •    To demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations.

Our Ideal Candidate:
    •    Have prior experience in the hospitality industry
    •    Have experience in a similar role
    •    Strong leadership and communication skills
    •    Excellent customer service skills
    •    Problem-solving abilities
    •    Organizational and time management skill
    •    Ability to remain calm under pressure
