Programme Director - CAFM Transformation
Compass Group UK & Ireland | UK&I (regular travel) | Competitive salary and benefits

Lead a transformation, not just a system rollout

We're changing how we deliver facilities management across the UK & Ireland, and we need an exceptional Programme Director to lead it. Introducing a new Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) platform is where it starts. The real goal is a more connected, data-led and efficient service for our clients and our people.

You'll own the full programme, from design and build through go-live, adoption and benefits realisation. You'll be accountable for the system and also for the cultural change that makes new ways of working stick.

What you'll do

  • Set the programme vision, roadmap, business case and success measures, and put strong governance in place
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team of workstream leads, change partners and third-party suppliers, and manage the budget
  • Oversee solution design, integration, data migration and a phased rollout across regions, sectors and contracts
  • Design and lead a change strategy covering mindset, behaviours and capability as well as process
  • Build a network of change champions and super users, and equip managers to lead their teams through change
  • Engage clients and senior stakeholders, and show how the platform improves transparency and performance
  • Track benefits and hand over smoothly to business-as-usual

What you'll bring

  • A proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-site transformation programmes from start to benefits realisation
  • Successful delivery of enterprise technology implementations with multiple system integrations
  • Experience leading cultural change and adoption across large, dispersed, front-line workforces
  • Experience managing significant budgets, suppliers and contracts
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams
  • Inspiring, visible leadership, with the credibility to influence at executive and client level
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, and a people-centred, empathetic approach to change

It would be great if you also have

  • Direct experience implementing a CAFM system
  • A background in facilities management, outsourced services or another contract-led environment
  • Experience of employee consultation or trade union engagement

Why join us?

This is a rare chance to shape how one of the UK & Ireland's largest service businesses works. You'll lead change that makes a real difference to our clients and our front-line teams.

If you're ready to lead transformation at scale, we'd love to hear from you.
