Are you an experienced multi-site operations leader looking for your next challenge in healthcare catering?

We're seeking a proactive and people-focused Regional Support Manager to support and inspire teams across a diverse portfolio of healthcare sites. This is a field-based role covering locations across Lancaster, Yorkshire, Darlington, Nottingham and surrounding areas, with occasional travel further afield. Candidates will ideally be based along the M62 corridor, enabling efficient travel across the region.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting and developing teams across multiple healthcare catering sites.
  • Driving operational excellence, service quality, and compliance.
  • Building strong client relationships and ensuring contractual KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
  • Coaching and developing managers to maximise team engagement and performance.
  • Supporting financial performance, cost control, and business planning.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and exceptional customer service.
  • Deputising for the Regional Manager when required.

About You

  • 2+ years' experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Support Manager, or similar role within catering, hospitality, or food services.
  • Proven experience supporting multiple sites across a geographical region.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and sound financial acumen.
  • A track record of delivering high levels of client and customer satisfaction.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
