🍽️ Catering Command Center
  • Step in across multiple sites to cover planned and unplanned absences
  • Lead daily catering operations - food quality, presentation, service, all of it
  • Supervise and motivate teams, sort rotas and staffing
  • Keep stock levels and ordering under control, cut down on waste
  • Stay on top of food safety, H&S, and company standards
πŸͺ„ Event Wizardry
  • Help plan, coordinate, and deliver corporate and private events
  • Partner with the Operations Manager from planning to execution
  • Liaise with clients to nail down (and exceed) expectations
  • Run set-up, service, and breakdown to a high standard
  • Handle staffing, logistics, and the inevitable on-the-day curveballs

  • Keep operational, financial, and event reporting accurate
  • Support budgets, cost control, and profitability across revenue streams
  • Track KPIs - client satisfaction, efficiency, financial performance
  • Maintain solid records and compliance documentation

  • Proven catering and event management experience
  • Strong leadership and people skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume hospitality or contract catering
  • Great communicator with genuine customer service instincts
  • Solid grasp of food hygiene and H&S legislation
  • Flexible - happy to travel between sites and work varying shifts
  • Food Safety/Hygiene qualification, Level 2+
  • Hospitality or catering management qualification (a plus, not a must)
