Hours: Average 42 hours per week, covering days, nights, holidays and sickness absence

Join Our Security Team

We are looking for professional, reliable and customer-focused Relief Security Officers to join our growing security team. Working across a 24/7 operation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the site remains safe, secure and fully staffed by providing cover for annual leave, training, sickness absence and other operational requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced security professionals who enjoy variety in their work and can adapt to different shifts and situations while maintaining the highest standards of service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing security cover across day and night shifts.
• Supporting the core Security Officer team and Security Team Leader.
• Conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible security presence.
• Responding to incidents, emergencies and security concerns in a professional manner.
• Monitoring access and egress points.
• Completing accurate reports and incident documentation.
• Delivering excellent customer service to colleagues, visitors and clients.
• Supporting mobilisation, training and wider operational requirements as needed.

What We're Looking For

• A valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding).
• Previous experience within a security, facilities or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Flexible approach to working a rotating shift pattern covering both days and nights.
• Reliable, professional and committed to delivering exceptional service.
