We're looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef to join an exciting and growing workplace hospitality operation.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help lead the kitchen team in delivering exceptional food experiences across breakfast, lunch and dinner services within a premium corporate environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be expected to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintain high standards and inspire those around you.

You'll play a key role in menu delivery, food quality, team development and operational excellence, ensuring every dish reflects the high standards of the business. We're looking for a chef who is passionate about hospitality, embraces innovation and enjoys developing people as much as delivering great food.

With ambitious growth plans ahead, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, contribute fresh ideas and help shape the future of the operation alongside an experienced leadership team.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step
  • A background in hotels, premium hospitality, restaurants or quality contract catering
  • A passion for fresh food and modern food trends
  • Strong culinary and organisational skills
  • Experience supervising and developing kitchen teams
  • A hands-on approach with a willingness to lead from the front
  • Strong understanding of food safety, compliance and kitchen best practice
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
  • Good commercial awareness, including food costs and stock control
  • Resilience and adaptability within a growing operation
What We're Looking For
  • A chef who is passionate about hospitality and service excellence
  • Someone who enjoys coaching and developing others
  • A positive leader who creates a supportive team culture
  • A professional who remains calm and organised under pressure
  • Someone with a creative mindset who enjoys bringing new ideas to the table
  • An individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards
  • A team player who works collaboratively across the wider operation
  • Someone who is flexible, reliable and committed to delivering exceptional results
  • A chef who embraces innovation and continuous improvement

If you're an ambitious Sous Chef looking for an opportunity to develop your career within a people-focused, high-quality hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you.

We ensure you're rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to:
