The role in one paragraph
You will own aproduct area end to end: the problems it solves, the roadmap that gets there, and the outcomes it produces. You'll work daily with engineering squads, adesigner, and stakeholders across sales, customer success, and support. This isa builder's role - we expect you to form your own point of view on what tobuild, defend it with evidence, and be accountable for whether it worked

In This Role You Will

Own a problemspace, not a feature list
Develop deep understanding of your area - the users, the jobs they're trying to get done, the workflows around your product, and where the current experience breaks down.
Maintain a prioritized roadmap tied to explicit business and customer outcomes, and be able to explain the reasoning behind any item on it - including what you chose not to build.
Write clear PRDs and requirements: problem, user, success criteria, scope boundaries, edge cases, etc.
Ship with yoursquad
Partner with engineering and design from problem framing through release - refinement, trade-off calls, scope decisions, and unblocking during the sprint.
Break large initiatives into releasable increments so customers see value early and often.
Own launch readiness: enablement content, release notes, support handoff, and rollout plan.
Work from evidence
Talk to customers regularly - discovery calls, feedback sessions, and reviewing real usage in the product.
Define the instrumentation and success metrics for what you ship, then go back and check whether the metrics moved.
Manage stakeholdersacross regions
Represent your area to sales, customer success, support, and leadership; translate customer escalations and field requests into product signal without letting the loudest voice set the roadmap.
Work effectively across time zones with counterparts in the US and EMEA..

You Have Got What It Take If You Have

2-4 years in product management, including at least 2 years owning a product area for a B2B or enterprise SaaS product.
A track record of features you shipped and can speak to concretely: what problem it solved, what you decided and why, what the outcome was, and what you'd do differently.
Strong written communication. You can write a PRD an engineer can build from and a one-pager an executive can decide from.
Comfort with data - you can pull and interpret product analytics, define events worth tracking, and reason about a funnel without waiting for someone else to build the dashboard.
Experience working directly with engineering in an agile environment, including making scope trade-offs under real deadlines.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

Domain background in HR tech, learning management, talent development, recruiting, or workforce planning.
Experience with AI/ML-driven product features - recommendations, matching, search relevance, or agent-based workflows - including how to evaluate quality and handle failure modes.
Experience shipping localized products or working with globally distributed engineering teams.
Exposure to enterprise sales cycles, RFPs, or public-sector customers
