The Manager, Global Marketing Automation Ops is responsible for managing the administration of the Marketo marketing automation platform to ensure smooth and efficient operation of all marketing campaign, initiatives, data hygiene, and interoperability. Role is also responsible for a wide range of tasks including data remediation actions, troubleshooting production/operational issues, and supporting campaign management.

 

This position reports to the  Director, Digital Production and is part of the Marketing Operations team. The role will be on-site based in Krakow, Poland.

 

What You'll Do

  • Work with marketing automation and data hygiene teams to maintain Marketo operation and integrity through daily administration, including field, data, user access, and permission management.
  • Manage platform integrations, support operational adaptations, and ensure seamless Marketo–Salesforce (SFDC) functionality.
  • Oversee Marketo operational models, creating standard work and documentation to ensure stability and alignment with business goals.
  • Support campaign setup and execution, ensuring scalable, maintainable campaign structures, data models, and compliance standards in partnership with IT and Compliance teams.
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison, responding to user needs and gathering sales feedback to continuously improve sales enablement capabilities.


Who You Are

  • Certified Marketo administrator (Business Practitioner) with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimising marketing automation operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, process improvement, and business outcomes through effective platform management.
  • Strong communicator with fluent English, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and accountable, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and commitment to meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Skilled at troubleshooting technical issues, applying transferable technical expertise to marketing automation, and collaborating across global teams.
