The Senior Manager – Manufacturing Engineering is responsible for leading the engineering and manufacturing technology activities supporting the ABL90 Sensor and Instrument product family assembly. This role plays a critical part in delivering operational excellence, manufacturing scalability, innovation, and organizational capability to support future business growth.

This position reports to the Director, ABL90 INS&SC & AQT90 INS Value Group and is part of the production site located in Brønshøj, Denmark and will be an on-site role.   

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Manufacturing Engineering organization
  • Drive operational excellence across manufacturing operations
  • Define and execute the manufacturing technology roadmap
  • Lead strategic problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver business objectives

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Multiple years of functional experience and leadership in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, automation, or technical operations within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis to improve operational performance and implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Fluency in Danish and English.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Medical Device, Diagnostics, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Automation, manufacturing digitalization, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Danaher Business System (DBS), Lean Manufacturing, or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies.
