Position Overview

Role Description

  • The Client Support role is responsible for supporting the onboarding, transition, and lifecycle management of client portfolios across multiple business lines. The role focuses on coordinating portfolio setup activities, managing onboarding and lifecycle events, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure portfolios are set up accurately and supported throughout their lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support onboarding of new client portfolios, including new wins, mandate launches, custody changes, restructures, and terminations
  • Coordinate portfolio setup, amendments, and go‑live readiness across internal systems and platforms
  • Ensure required data, documentation, and approvals are received prior to portfolios going live
  • Track onboarding and lifecycle activity using Client Support logs and trackers
  • Act as a liaison between Product, Investment Teams, Operations, Technology, Custodians, and vendors
  • Identify and resolve onboarding issues, risks, or delays through active coordination
  • Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives within onboarding and lifecycle workflows

Your skills and experience

Experience

  • Experience in Client Support, Portfolio Services, Investment Operations, or Asset Management Operations
  • Experience supporting portfolio onboarding and lifecycle activities

Skills

  • Understanding of portfolio onboarding and lifecycle processes
  • Experience working with investment operations systems and platforms (e.g., Aladdin, custody or vendor platforms)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and onboarding events simultaneously
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
