With unrivalled breadth and superior execution capabilities, Deutsche Bank's Asia Credit Trading and Local Markets Linear Trading platform delivers financing, lending, and risk management solutions to corporate, real estate, and institutional clients across Asia and global markets.
• The Asia business is spread across geographical locations in Asia and encompasses the full suite of financing products – from vanilla cash bonds to bespoke structured solutions for client to FX and Derivative products. We serve a variety of corporate, real estate and institutional clients not only in Asia but also across major global centres.
• The role focuses on offering solutions and transactions with underlying India focused opportunities in structured finance / lending and FX products.

Your key responsibilities

• Evaluate, structure, and execute financing and lending trades across sectors and/or provide advisory market content, as appropriate, for relevant product/sector/market, in line with the team’s strategies in adherence to all internal policies and external/regulatory frameworks.
• To have responsibility for meeting P&L targets, actively managing their trading/financing positions within approved limits
• Work closely with Sales / Coverage and Origination teams in delivering bespoke financing and risk management solutions to clients.
• Prepare and review term sheets, credit approval materials, transaction documentation, execution and assist in subsequent de-risking / selldown of existing exposures.
• Manage responsibility for obtaining all required internal approvals for trades
• Perform financial, credit, industry, valuation, competition, market positioning, risks and mitigants, structural and legal aspects around the transaction and due diligence of underlying companies for transactions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholder approvals across Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and senior management.
• Responsible Monitor transaction performance and portfolio exposures throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Track industry, regulatory, and macroeconomic developments to identify risks on the exposures as well as potential business opportunities.
• Work in tandem with FIC APAC desk for FX Forwards, NDFs, FX Swaps, IRS, and CCS for multiple currencies solutions

Your skills and experience

• Strong understanding of structured finance, credit markets, lending products, and capital markets.
• Experience in financial modelling, credit analysis, valuation, and transaction structuring. Basic Knowledge of FX and rates products, market risk, and portfolio management concepts.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with proficiency in data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage global stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with a proven ability to identify opportunities and Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across products, geographies, and functions.

• Be comfortable in travelling and working with a multi-cultural audience across multiple time zones

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
