About the team and the role:

Working for Eladene, an eBay company, means being part of a business that helps UK vehicle dismantlers and salvage operators manage inventory more efficiently and bring recycled parts online through specialist software with eBay integration. In this customer-facing role, you will support customers through training, resolve enquiries across multiple channels, monitor software usage, recommend improvements, and build strong customer relationships. You'll work both independently and collaboratively with the wider team to help customers get the most value from the platform.

This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our Stockton office three days per week, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days.

What you will accomplish:

  • Deliver software training to customers remotely and in person, enabling them to use the platform effectively.

  • Resolve customer enquiries across WhatsApp, email, telephone, and ticketing systems, providing timely and professional support.

  • Monitor customer use of the software and proactively identify opportunities to improve adoption and efficiency.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive, knowledgeable, and customer-focused support.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistent customer experience while managing your own workload effectively.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and data, ensuring attention to detail in all interactions.

  • Travel across the UK, including overnight stays when required, to support customers on-site.

What you will bring:

  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally with customers.

  • Experience delivering customer training, both remotely and face-to-face.

  • Experience managing customer enquiries across multiple channels, including WhatsApp, email, telephone, and ticketing systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend effective solutions.

  • Basic IT proficiency, including Google Docs, internet-based systems, and other standard digital tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.

  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK, stay away from home when required, and travel to the Stockton office as needed.
