About the team and the role:
Shipping plays a key role in building buyer trust and driving conversion on eBay. Operating out of Berlin, this role is part of the Shipping team and focuses on scaling shipping capabilities that support both sellers and buyers. As Senior Business Program Manager, you will lead the implementation of managed shipping initiatives, working across Product, Marketplace Operations, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams. The role connects strategy to execution, with a focus on growing adoption, supporting revenue growth, and improving the customer experience.

Note: This is a 1-year fixed-term contract role.

What you will accomplish:

  • Lead execution of Managed Shipping, Labels, and PUDO initiatives to improve adoption and marketplace performance

  • Support strategies that increase seller adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction

  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver a consistent end-to-end shipping experience for sellers and buyers

  • Identify experience gaps and collaborate with Product and Operations to implement improvements

  • Work with Product and Engineering to support roadmap execution

  • Partner with Marketplace Operations and Go-to-Market teams to support operational readiness and market strategy implementation

  • Track adoption, revenue, and key performance metrics, and support business reviews with clear follow-up actions

What you will bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, business strategy, product, or marketplace operations

  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering results

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

  • Experience supporting growth, adoption, and business performance in complex environments

  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to turn insights into actions and drive execution across teams

  • Role is based in Berlin; experience with carrier networks, fulfillment, logistics providers, or shipping operations is a plus but not required
