Your mission:
You may know Epson as a printer and projector manufacturer, but did you know we are also home to Orient Watches? Orient is a 75 year old Japanese precision watch maker and has been part of the Epson family since 2017. Due to planned growth we are looking for a new Account Manager to build our presence further throughout Europe.
As the European Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of European distributors for Orient Watches, ensuring revenue growth, improved market penetration, and stronger execution at retail level.
Responsibilities include evaluating distributor performance, supporting partner-led sales strategies, managing channel marketing investment, developing plans to improve or replace underperforming partners, and contributing to the long-term transition toward more direct retail engagement.
The position can be based from the UK, Italy or Spain and will involve regular international travel.
