Fitch Ratings is currently seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join its Criteria Review and Approval Group.
About the Team
The Criteria Review and Approval Group (CRAG), reporting to the Chief Risk & Credit Officer, is dedicated to ensuring the quality, transparency, and consistency of Fitch’s credit ratings criteria and models. This includes review and validation of historical ratings, default and loss data, and produces key analytical deliverables utilized across Fitch Ratings.

FOR TORONTO ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $80,000 and $120,000 CAD per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
