  • Monitor and record patient observations, escalating concerns appropriately
  • Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming clinical environment
  • Provide compassionate support to patients and their families throughout their care journey

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate, patient-centred approach to care
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing priorities

Why join us?

Working on our Bank offers the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your availability while remaining part of a supportive and welcoming team. You'll gain exposure to a highly specialised cancer service, work alongside experienced colleagues and contribute to patient care within a world-class clinical environment.
